Etleva Haka is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Haka & Associates Law Firm, bringing extensive expertise in law, corporate advisory, and international dispute resolution. With over a decade of experience, has held senior leadership roles, including serving as Director of the Internal Services Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Albania for more than 12 years. In this capacity, she was responsible for cross-border legal matters, corporate law, and strategic international cooperation. In addition, she served as a Conciliator at the OSCE Court of Conciliation in Geneva, Switzerland, and was a long-standing Committee Member of the International Law Association in the field of the Procedure of International Courts and Tribunals. These international engagements have enriched her expertise in arbitration, strategy, and high-level negotiations.
